Add a column on wp theme - repost

hello. we have a website and we want to add some columns in there. what you have to do is to the same thing like the photo attached. the logos that are there, have to been moved at the bottom and in their place to be those columns. Those columns should be filled with categories (there should be 3 columns, so we will need 3 categories) with a name of category, and down 4 to 5 links to the posts that have that category. will be given wp access. project should be done in 2 days no more. payment will be given after full project is done - no milestones wil lbe added. thanks
