Hi,

I am looking for a software developer with competences in Laravel and jQuery to create a basic website architecture and some start content;

I will provide all the graphic components including some basic browser compatibility that will require further testing;

General conditions:

- Implement a RBAC system (he/she can use any Laravel plugins that fits the needs);

- Allow multi-language (we will start with two languages);

- Be compatible with the latest two versions of the following browsers: IE, Chrome, Mozilla and Safari;

- Be service oriented, this means that the web client will hit some services (REST or SOAP preferred);

- CSRF tokens for forms are a must;

- Unit tests are a must;

Things that needs to be done by areas:

- [Public] Create the registration, authentication and lost password forms;

- [Public] A visitor may also login with his Facebook account;

- [Member] Create profile update;

- [Member] Create project page;

- [Admin] User management (CRUD operations: List, Create, Update and delete)

- [Admin] Configuration (a page were some basic on/off options will be available, like sending a registration confirmation email);

Entities:

- User: First Name, Last Name, Email (used for login), Registration date, Language

- Project: Name, Creation Date;

- UserProject

We will work in a Scrum style

- We will use Version One for tracking the work where I will add the stories, condition for success and I will prioritize them up.

- It will be your responsibility to estimate the work and also provide a financial evaluation (I can agree with a hourly rate to speed up the process);

- We will work in iterations of 1 week, at the end of the week I will review the work, accept it and make the payment;

- All the source files will be stored on Git (I will provide details)

- All the accepted work will be uploaded on the web server ( I will provide details)
