CakePHP Help with Comments and Email Notification

I have an existing CakePHP application that is used for project management. Currently, I am having issues with the comment and email notifications associated with commenting. I have comments in two places, one in Project Dashboard, this works fine. However, comments in the phases, do not post. I get error message from system. This is problem one. To add ctp view for adding comments in phase. This used to work but after we added comments to the main dashboard, they did not. Error reads: Error: The requested address '/administrators/comments/admin_add/525c0426-8098-455e-aa99-19c8c0a3e8c7' was not found on this server. Second issue is the email notification this system sends to members of a project when comment is made. Right now with the dashboard comments working, it does not send correct email link in email notification. It sends this: Dear jgutierrez, There has been some new activity in the project . cnelson has created a new comment in the phase . You can view the comment here: [login to view URL] The link is a dead link. It should link to the project dashboard. Need this done ASAP and today, do not bid if you can not do with in 4 hours or less. Thank you. I know that is hard timeline but it is current status and I am making you aware of it now.
