Create a Wordpress or Dreamweaver Website Template

Overview: Create 1 Template for a website interface. Photography and Video website that deals with embedded video from [login to view URL] So the goal is to have you make a template with instructions as to how to add, remove, and maintain the content. Detailed Description: We don't necessarily need to stick to wordpress, I have worked in Dreamweaver before, I have CS6, but I've only used it for VERY BASIC stuff, but I know enough about it, that if you left some simple instructions, i would be able to maintain the website templates you make. WEBSITE TEMPLATE DESIGN for the 3 websites If you go to the website [login to view URL] already, you can see my attempt at making the layout i am looking for. Top bar is good and what im looking for as far as design, with the ability to add "about" "contact" "Demo" "Booking" or whatever I need to add. The Upper portion, (where the sliding picture thing currently is) Instead of having a sliding photo thing, I want it to be an Embeded Video frame that plays the video from vimeo. For example, one of my recent personal artistic projects: [login to view URL] , you can see on vimeo, the image just stays up, until you press it to play. This is how my landing page will be maintained (This way, I will use vimeo to control the still image settings, to control my landing page image.) If it is possible and simple enough, also have, just under the video, the short description thats in Vimeo below the video (i'm not sure if its possible to also embedd this data, so if it isnt possible its not a big deal, I can put it in manually for each video.) Bottom portion - Below the grey line. everything below this line will be scrolling window, everything above the line will be static. I want to be able to scroll through a gallery of the window panes (with small descriptions), of the rest of the videos I choose to link onto the website. With a short description below them (similar to whats there already, but with much lesser text, more focus on the image) and instead of 3 columns, it looks like 4 could safely fit in there. When you click on one of the panes in the scrolling column space, it puts the video up, and plays it in the static upper portion space. At the bottem of each page a little statc Bar overlayed above the scrolling pane that says "[login to view URL] ©" that is clickable that takes you back to the landing page of my personal portfolio.
