Create a Wordpress Template or Plugins to be used with other templates

We are looking to have a WordPress template (or plugins) built that includes the following: 1. Allows visitors to upload User Generated Content, which can be moderated by admin before posting. 2. Visitors can choose from a selection of custom branded overlays to apply to their photo before submitting. We would need to be able to load new overlays as needed. 3. Coupon code validation and association. We would need to be able to load a .csv file of unique codes and assign specific batches of codes to specific projects and assign them specific values. For instance, if someone were to enter a code, the site would need to validate the code and mark it as used. It would also need to recognize the value/amount and add that amount to a running total shown on the site. Imagine someone were to receive a card with one of the codes. They would go to the site and pick a charity project and enter their code to give $5 to that project. There would need to be a running total of all donations made and the value needs to be changeable by us. For instance, we could assign a batch of codes with a $ value or a custom name, such as 1 gallon of clean water. * Everything must be mobile responsive! Please email any questions.
