Create a Wordpress Template

I am looking for someone to create a new WordpressTheme for our blog. The blog we do have right now ([login to view URL]) is on google's blogger. but we do want to switch to Wordpress. The new blog should fall in line with our Homepage - www.formafoto.net. We also made a short list of blogs that we like and that could serve as examples of what we are looking for: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The most important features we are looking for: + Short story (with a picture)... with a link to read more + An extra column with features like: Who we are, Featured Weddings on other blogs, ... + The blog should overall be: SIMPLE and ELEGANT and as already mentioned should be in line with the homepage ([login to view URL]) + Possibility to switch languages (English / German) - we really like how [login to view URL] solved this + Social Media Integration - Pictures can be shared on FB, Pinterest, Twitter,.... We would LOVE to see some sort of sketch or vision about how you would do it, as well as a time frame on how long it would take you!!!
