Create custom icon package using RRSSB or Sharrre

I'm not a designer or coder, so I need someone to do this. What I need is a complete package of code and css for responsive social share buttons. I need something that isn't tied to a specific site, but that will be able to be implemented on a number of sites all using the Genesis Framework by Studiopress. The buttons need to be: Facebook Like Tweet G+ Pin to Pinterest LinkedIn The buttons need to be the long rectangular ones representing the official icons and colors and will collapse into the boxes when on a smaller devices (the responsive part). They also need to be evenly laid out across an 880px horizontal space. Any specifics, please ask as I'm sure there is more info you may need that I'm not thinking of right now.
