create Chrome extension - open to bidding

Hello. I need a chrome extension built for me. I have samples of working extensions, and i want to build the bot around their functions. i have other features i would like to add to the extension. The extension performs task and manipulations when a user visits a site. If this is something you think you can complete, please let me know Not sure of the budget, but i do have the files and javascripts from the working extension, so most of the task is complete. Thanks!
