AdFone Background Changer App

I need someone to help me finish my Background Changer app. It's called AdFone and It changes out the background of the user's iPhone with advertisements. Simple enough. I need this app to change out the wallpaper of the iPhone every time the phone is unlocked & track usage. COMPLETE DESCRIPTION OF WORK TO BE DONE Please refer to my HTML5 prototype version of my app to follow along at [login to view URL] 1 - Main Screen When the user presses 'Start Rotation' I need the app to store their current iphone background. When the user presses "Stop Ad Rotation' I need it to restore their original background. 2- "My Earnings So Far" I need the app to track how many times the user unlocks their phone. This app pays the user per every time they view an ad, which is every time they unlock their phone. I need it to take the number of times its been unlocked since last payout, multiplied by $.01 and display the amount of money they have earned. When the number reaches over $1.00 I need it give the option to transfer that amount from my paypal to theirs. 3- "Answer Servays" This feature will be developed in the future, not now. 4- "Block Specific Ads" I need this page to display the ads from their cue and give the user an option to cycle through the images one by one and block the ads of their choosing. 5- "AdFone Settings" "Change Wallpaper Ads on every Phone Unlock" is to be checked and stay checked "Change Wallpaper Ads Every 30 Minutes" is to be checked and stay checked "Display Ads based on my Location" is to be optional and is for future use only "Ad Display Options" The User needs to be able to choose "Display Ads Randomly" or "Display ads based on my Personal Interests" -IF the user chooses to display ads randomly, the app will load random ads from all 25 ad categories into it's image cue -IF the user chooses to display ads based on their interests, then they will choose 3 out of 25 Ad Categories. Once these categories are selected, the app will load images from my server into their image cue. On my server, I will have 25 folders. Each folder corresponds with an ad category.
