I would like someone to send 9000 emails right away. 8000 needs to be sent as a text and 1000 would be an HTML email. While bidding, kindly advise that how could i confirm that you have actually sent all the emails, also if you have the ability to provide click through or open rate info. I have a 20$ budget for this job. Please also how much time you need to complete this task. Thanks
