Can this be done in PHP/mysql?

Hi. Im was wondering whether its possible to have a program made that scours the internet looking for classifieds websites and advertising websites like FFA's (free for alls) and automatically fills in the forms needed to advertise. obviously the program would have to automatically look for certain criteria as i wouldn't want it to advertise on any Adult orientated sites. Once the program has found a suitable site/s or suitable page from a website it would automatically fill in the form and advertise and then store the information and automatically advertise my site daily/weekly etc as instructed to all suitably found websites. All information would need to be fully updatable by me within an admin area. Example websites for the type i would like the program to find can be shown, but as long as they are legal & free advertising sites and NON ADULT/ILLEGAL, most would be fine. The critieria most of these websites look for initially are: Name,email,subject/title,description,and some have multiples subjects like computer,internet etc. I would need to be able to have access to everything to be able to change any details and view every site found/stored in the Database,plus be able to add parameters for search and be able to delete/ban any sites within the database i deem unappropiate etc. I hope this hasnt confused anyone to much but please feel free to email with questions, prices and/or any information. many thanks jason the program would ideally be made in PHP and mysql but would equally consider a Program that runs on a windows (98/XP) computer and searches while online etc on my conputer only. I was thinking about being able to allow members of my website to be able to download a copy or have the ability to use this program either direct from their member pages (after logging in if made in php/mysql) or downloading a copy of the program and being able to download the database and use it for advertising..with the option of updating the databse automatically before use etc, but not having the ability to see/read or alter the database only their details for the advertising forms. I was also thinking i could offer members the ability to advertise on the program in text form from the website and/or via the program from the computer.. the program adverts would be updated using the databse, which i would update. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
