basic e-commerce site for UK

I need a basic e-commerce site built. Initially it will only need up to about 20 products but I need the flexibility to maintain the site by adding and removing products myself. I am able to do the basic build and design of the site, but need all the backend scripting done to make it work, i.e. a shopping basket and checkout facility built into it. I am arranging to take card payments at present so am unsure how I will need to build this in, but this can be assessed further into the project. I look forward to feedback on this project and hope someone can help. I need this turned round quickly so am keen to hear from you. James. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Payment will be released once the site is fully functional, i.e. able to process on-line orders, returning orders to a file or directly to my e-mail address. Customers will also be able to receive an automatic e-mail confirming order status and details. 4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This will need to be compatible accross all popular browsers, including IE, Mozilla, Safari, Opera, Netscape etc.
