Airline Reservation

Project Title: Offline Flight Reservation System Introduction:( Background and Objectives) This is a project which is implemented along with a database. An Offline Flight Reservation System is a tool developed so as to facilitate booking of air tickets, checking flight details, arrival and departure of each flight, reservation status of a particular flight. Software tools • Front end: Java platform. • Back end: Sql Database. Module description: • Flight Details It includes information about the flight such as its number, the date of flight, flight time, number of seats available, and the source and destination of the flight. • Flight Menu This includes options to update the flight details like add new flight details, load new flight details, edit new flight details. It also includes options to view the details of new flight, save new flight details, view reservation records, and delete a flight record. • Flight Reservation Details This includes reservation details of the passenger .These details includes name and address of the person, his/her phone number, his/her email id , the type of reservation(first class, second class etc) and the number of seats he/she has reserved. • Flight Reservation Menu It includes options that help the passengers to book for a flight, and cancel his/her booking. It also includes options for searching a flight, search for reservation details etc.
