I am Currently based in Guangzhou , China. I am looking for Engineers and / Or company who can help me build a desktop application for me. Below i is a brief description of the product i am looking for. let me explain to you somewhat about the project. Currently I have a project to build a stand Alone ( java/ .NET / PHP ) Application which is like a search Engine. Something like a " Airline Rate " Application. Im still in the Designing phase and im thinking of making it like "Skype", where a user logs in and within that window the user can execute his search criteria. So it will be a Desktop App --> Middle Layer (Web services ) --> DB server ( where all the data will be saved ). My main questions are 1. Hosting a Database Server ( most likely will sign up with Amazon AWS ) 2. Middle Layer ( Web Services ) 3. Platform: May be PHP or .NET This app will be used Globally, Data will be updated every 15 days / monthly. So I need to tie up with a reliable DB hosting company. The second part of the product : 1. The client wants to limit this software to a 3 user application per organization. We make more money when another user needs activation. 2. How will a user get the installable file?
