Audio - video chat module and Tutoring board - 2 projects

We are an IT consulting company catering to IT project requirements of national and multinational clients. First project is a project that is similar to: [login to view URL] – For the same, we are currently looking for the ideal chat program (audio-txt or video-audio-txt chat) that can be used with time constraints. Clients pay for 15 mins, 30 mins, 1 hr consultation with doctor (which is where the chat program comes into place) and also it can be based on once or twice a month, week etc. So a chat program that can be customized is very much necessary. The chat program can be either dot net or php based… If you have worked on a similar project before, please do let us know. Demo is a must if we have to make the final decision. Second project Online tutoring services – We have a client who requires a tutoring board program where the tutor can draw and write and erase as in a black board in a real tuition centre. Except here, it will be an online service. Dot net or php friendly programs are preferred. The program will need to be customised and hence we do need the entire code as well. Please quote your best rate as the best quote will be accepted. High prices are not welcome. We are from India and we know how much is the market prices. Again, this is a sub contract and we do have limitations. Also, we are currently working with many able freelancers but we are always looking to work with highly skilled IT freelancers who wish to work with us on project to project basis. We can pay $3 to $10 per hour based on the project criteria + budget and also based on the freelancer experience.
