Buy & Selling Script fiverrscript

Hi everyone, I am looking for someone who will recode my site according to the 5 items below: 1. When a payment is made through PayPal it says "Thank you for your order!", BUT the item still remains active on listing and more users can buy. I WANT the item to AUTOMATICALLY deactivate the item upon successful payment. Deactivating/ suspending the item is ALREADY an existing function on the script. I would like the automatic deactivation to perform upon successful payment. The user can reactivate using the existing panel if needed. The existing panel already has, activate, deactivate/suspend, delete and etc. The user will still have access to this function. I want this to be fully integrated with the system. 2. My hosting company has very restrictive apache handling. When they enable mod_security, the script brings up a 406 error on many browsers. I want someone to rewrite certain parts on the site, which will not trigger the mod_security to bring the 406 error. This way it will keep my site safe. The error is mainly caused by the login system. Please note, rewrite as in: not change the .htaccess to remove security filter, as it does not work. the SecFilter OFF has been tried. I want this fix to be natural. 3. Orders currently says it will be marked complete after 3 days. I want to know where I can edit this function to what I want. Since it is still in its current testing period, I want to be able to modify the "order will be marked" section. If I want to change to 10 days, I can. This does NOT need to be integrated into the CMS system. "YOUR ORDER IS READY! TRACKING ID:3er5552rETE This order will be marked as complete in 3 days." I want to change the automatic marking to maybe 14 days. I just want to know where it is in the script. BUT, the confirmation by the buyer will still take place when buyer confirms with seller that he has received. 4. The current image system stretches the image. I would like it so the image will automatically shrink on either top bottom or side to fit the box instead of stretching. When user browse, and submit, the image will not be stretched. (Automatically scaled) 5. There are many lag issues with the site. If the whole script can be cleaned up and optimized to its full potential that would be GREAT. Sometimes the site takes longer to load, sometimes very short time. I want smooth entry, smooth leave. And all browsers, old to new, all users dumb to smart to be able to use the system.
