We are developing an exciting new application on the google app engine. I am looking for a top quality developer to drive the development work. I will not be disclosing the application at this stage....this is a test job to find the right developer and the task for this job is as follows:
Create a simple app on the google app engine that displays the local users time when they load the web app. In other words it needs to detect the location of the web browser and then display the users local time. The full blown app will include a lot of timezone conversion, so this initial job will be a foundation for much of the later work.
The google app engine requires coding in python or java, so you must be expert in one of these.
