I need a creative custom website developer for a dynamic website. I have a very clear vision of what I want as far as design and functionality is concerned. This can be discussed further via PM. I require that full ownership of the design, as well as all source files, be transferred to me upon completion. Payment will only be made after the project is completed, uploaded on my server with all open source files transferred to me, tested for 1 week, 100 percent bug free. Please don’t bid unless you agree to these terms.
