Affiliate CPA Offer Website Programming - I have PSDs

You must have experience and be a detail programmer. I would prefer if you have experience programming affiliate websites. This website is already designed and I have the PSD files. There are a few design tweaks (nothing major). Also, the files have been sliced, but might need to start from stage one. I will send you all files. The site will be programmed in PHP and we have an example of a functioning site with similar functionality. We have some initial PHP files but again, if it's not to your standard you might have to start from stage one. The website has the flowing flow: Page one: There is a product intro with a video. I need a video player installed. Then the user clicks a button to watch full video. Page two: There is a lead capture, promo, and checklist optin...This info should be entered into a database. Page three: This is a payment page, there are two price points so we need to discuss how this works dynamically or two separate pages. When the user purchases the product they need to receive a username and password to enter page to access product. Also, they need the ability to return to unique URL to access page. There are a few more pages, like a contact page and privacy page that will be created from a blank template of header and footer. I am looking for somebody that understands and communicates clearly! We will get started quickly and move forward. I have several projects so looking to create a good working relationship.
