Affinity click copy cat-- ad scripts and tracking

Hello Developers I need a module built to allow bloggers/website owners to copy a script from a page on my site and allow them to paste it into their site which will pull ads out of a mysql database, (profile pic, unit price, item number) and display in a scrolling fashion their site in an ad block. THere will need to be 2-3 different sizes available for them to choose from and it will need to allow them to pick the category it is from--ie-- houseware, electronics, automobiles, tickets, vacations, etc it will need tracking to make sure we award the proper payment to the site that posted it and generated the click or sale. this will work almost exactly like the "affinity click" system to monetize websites any questions just ask.
