Basic Google Maps API Help

Looking for a creative programmer that is able to give users the ability to input/report information into a google map to help with tracking certain things. This is a straightfoward project that could lead to more work if this idea catches, and the map needs to become more technologically sophisticated. You will not be developing code, but manually inserting lines of code for google maps.
