I am very interested in exploring the development of a utility that will enable webmasters to quickly and easily create a button and expanding menu similar to that displayed on the [login to view URL] web site. The button and menu are on the second tab and say "See All 31 Product Categories." When clicked, the menu expands across the screen to reveal links. Menus using similar design and effects perpetuate across the Net. The utility I envision would enable non-technical webmasters to add a similar button to their site. Ideally, they would have the ability to easily change the look and feel of the button and the expanding menu (width/height, # columns, fonts, # links, etc). DHTML has my interest though I am open to other venues such as Flash. The user should be able to create and add multiple buttons to their web page without having to know or understand the underlying technology. I am looking for a tabular, wizard-based interface, with a cut and paste solution. The buttons should have some special effect to make them stand out. An animated glow or blinking border would be best. Applications for this utility include the ability to put a site map at the user's fingertips, the ability to offer multiple newsletter subscriptions, the ability to display multiple product recommendations (great for affiliates), and the ability to display cross-linked web sites. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows
