*Techniques requirements：must good at PHP, AJAX, Joomla, bootstrap, MySQL *Development parts: -Could show us former projects and help select a widely available CMS platform without log in system. (All codes needs to be thoroughly documented and commented so that I can easily work on it in the future) -Developing back end based on existing frontier. (The awarded freelancer will get a list about parts of pictures and texts which need back end later.) -Following up site adjustment until upload it to the host successfully. -The admin system (dashboard) and user friendly contents posting system are must have.
