Create a one-page design based on existing PSD design

Hello, We have an existing design that is ready to launch, however we want to try and improve it further. We are looking for a company, or individual, to take our design and improve upon it. All requirements will be clear and no graphics are set in stone. This does not require making from scratch, as the design is effectively finished, as such we are not prepared to pay for a full design. Budget can be discussed upon your suggested changes being recieved. We estimate this to be no more than 1 days work for a skilled web designer. Please include examples, as well as evidence of strong English. We are particularly interested in freelancers that have created websites for online games before.
