The project involves creating a set of forms. The forms are divided by tabs and must contain the following: -Text inputs -Datepickers -File upload functionality (uploads file to server) -Repeatable items (tabs, fields and whole form areas) -Other stuff contained on the attached PDF You will **NOT** have to: -Create the POST events -Create or handle database -Save the values to the database or anywhere You can see an early, non-working prototype here: [login to view URL] I have included a very detailed PDF containing the wireframes demonstrating the User Experience. I saw your prototype its not a difficult work I don't know why all freelancer are biding so high what you want is some text fileds,file attach option,image upload and show thumbnail,and you want to use AJAX so when they enter a city name all the hotel from that city appears below. Prototype, with all the components listed. 2. it will be HTML files with no backed implementation 3. Each elements should be re-usable components. And I have below questions, 1.
