Custom Advanced Search forms, FILTER results, HOOK meta-data

CODER required to develop PHP code, with Javascript, SQL queries etc 1. Need to query database for information 2. Advanced search forms- User can select multiple fields (input field, dropdown field, numerical field etc) 3. Filter results- User can narrow their results by selecting/ deselecting meta data I am looking for a TALENTED Developer/ Coder who knows how to understand and write code.
