Custom Drupal Module

I need a custom Drupal Module to interface with an existing PHP script. It needs to accomplish the following: 1) Search setup - user inputs data to be handled by the PHP script.? 2) Execute PHP script 3) Take the results of the PHP script and put them into a report 4) Email the current user this report 5) Save results of search into a MySQL database 6) Retrieve past searches and results so that the user can edit the searches, run past searches and view existing reports. Please have experience with creating complicated Drupal modules. ? If possible, I would like you to create this module on your own, I'll provide the script. Then when finished, you give me the script and I test it on my local site.
