Custom psd to wordpress theme conversion

I have a design that needs to be sliced into table less HTML structure using proper HTML standards and then converted to fully functional wordpress theme.

The theme you create must be compatible across all major browsers. A list will be provided later.

I would like to get a custom wordpress theme developed. It would incude functionality from a jquery plugin [url removed, login to view]

Features it will be using will be "Infinite Scroll", jquery animation ("fade") for images transitions and page transitions.
