Hi

We are looking for a developer to build a data entry forms for 16 questions. There shall be other two modules:

1- Data viewing where user can view, edit and delete existing records

2- Interactive thematic map where each district polygon in the kml file is changes based on the chosen parameter from one of the 16 questions.

The application shall be in English and Arabic. It is opened for the developer to propose which database or framework to use. Providing similar previous experience is highly regarded.

Submission and approval of work shall be in stages as follows: Design, Module 1 etc.
