alienware.co.uk style website HELP!

Ok I am developing a website like alienware.co.uk. I will work out all mysql tables etc etc and be doing most of work (i hope) but need someone to ask tons of questions. I need someone to be able to tell me what i would need to do to get the same effect. Whether i am doing these things the correct way etc. So you will have to look at my work...maybe do a few scripts and assist me in the mysql database design. Max i can give is $70 and service provider will not get full payment until i get the desired results which i think is fair?
