Basics Functions: 1)Register Member: - Able Search & View Car Owner Details - Able PM Car Owner. - Able Post a Car Booking Details for Car Owner to search - Comment / rate service of Car Owner. - Create, Comment and view Forum. 2)Register Car Owner: - able Search & View Member Posted Car Booking Details. - able PM Member. - able Create, Comment and view Forum. - able buy different package, for priority sorting. 3)Summary of Portal: - Forum - Able Post and Search Car Booking Details by Member - Rating/Comment Services of Car Owner by Member - Payment (Paypal, CO2...) - Priority Car Owner Sorting - Multi Languages - Multi National - Use Joomla, Mysql to develop.
