I have a website with the CSS style sheets. It is a static website (but it is not live). I want this CSS to be converted in to a Joomla template and installed in a Joomla installation. You must also install a drop down menus on the template. For you to complete this project you must be a Joomla guru. Please provide examples of your previous work with Joomla and creating Joomla site templates. There is 7 static pages with content on the previous website. You must copy this content on to the new website. The static website files will be provided to you via FTP download. Search Engine Friendly URL's must also be installed. You will be provided with FTP access to the Joomla installation directory. Lastly, this project needs to be completed within 24 hours. You also need to be available on Skype for communication.
