We need to create a installable joomla template from an existing design from a psd file. Specifications: Work on: Joomla 2.x | 1.7 and 1.5 Virtumart 1.9 and 2.x We need you to make a zip (it can be mutiple zips for each joomla version) that can be installed in the Extension Manager on all joomla versions (1.5 | 1.7 | 2.5.x), and if it is some language based it needs to have its own language file. Also Logo upload inside Template Manager.
