Hello, We are beginning a project that will be based on the CakePHP framework. I am looking for someone to aid in the initial planning and architecture in the context of this framework. This bid request is for planning ONLY, no coding need be performed. This bid request IS for: - Setting up the table structure for the application. The table structure already exists, but it does not follow the CakePHP naming guidelines, etc., so you will be shown the MySQL db schema, and based on your advice it will be modified to be Cake-friendly. - Explanation and Advice on implementing the MVC framework in the context of this project. This involves just bouncing around ideas and best practices for this project. This is pretty open ended, so we'll just bounce around ideas and discussions until we run out of time. - The actual details of the application itself will not be posted publicly here, but I can tell you that it's pretty simple and straight forward: it's a simple CMS-like application that will be multi-lingual. There will be a simple 3-level auth system (admin/user/guest), and the entries will be time-sensitive (as in, the "CMS-like" pages will be categorized by date, similar to the way a blog displays entries). And that's it! I will expect 5 hours of your time to put toward this, probably in 1/2 to 1 hour chunks over two days from the time you're approved to start, so please bid accordingly. Due to the fact that this is all about communication, you MUST be willing and prepared to speak on the phone during our business hours (10am - 6pm EST). Also, your English skills must be more than adequate. Thank you for your bid!
