Asterisk support

Asterisk support: 1. We have a wild card with 4 X FXO cards, for some reason the system seems to drop the lines or the pc drops the card and we can’t make calls. A reboot usually sorts this out. 2. I need a call queue created for after hours, these are the steps: a. The call comes through and the digital receptionist answers saying that “our office hours are from 08:00 to 17:00 Mon to Thurs and till 16:00 on Fridays. Press 1 to leave a message, 2 for our afterhours support agent.?? b. When they press 1 they should be able to leave a message which we can retrieve by dialing a number. c. When they press 2 they must be forwarded to the call agent on standby. This needs to be controlled by Zaida, so that she can change it every week. d. If nothing is pressed, a voice must play telling them that they have not made a selection and replay “Press 1 to leave a message, 2 for our afterhours support agent?? e. If a selection is not made thereafter, a voice must play telling them “ you have not made a selection, good bye?? and hang up. 3. The lines are making a noise and I need them to do echo cancellation on the line. We do not have an echo cancellation model in the pc. 4. I want pin numbers on all the extensions so that we can track all the calls being made from each extension. This must also appear on the call reports. 5. We have a problem where we can make internal calls but we cannot phone outside. We get the message "All circuits are busy". Kind Regards, Marco-Hans

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
