Auction Software - Repost

Hi All, We are after a coder to create some auction management software for us. This is a repost from before for a smaller scale job with set requirements and details The software/script will be 100% web based and will need to have secure log on features. It will also need to be able to crawl and grab data from an auction site that does not have an api. Please contact for further details of what we are after and a few current programmes that already do a few things that I am after ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). Fully uploaded working script on our server that has been 100% completed and tested for bugs Fully secure ## Platform The details of this server are: Linux OS, with Apache web server, MySQL and cgi-bin. Standard browser required to access site. IE 3 & above, NN 3 & above and viewable in all other widely used internet browsers. Speed Must load quickly, without errors and process all activities dynamically and in ‘real time'. All links and images must be verified and processed instantly, ie no delay Must hold sensitive data and be 100% secure
