Birthday reminder PHP

Needing a PHP site using the clickatell API. Site needs to work as follow: 1: Client register and logs in or reset password 2. First registrations have a 0 credit balance and need to purchase credits 3. Client should have a address book of personal info, such as name, last name, address, cell number, phone and and birth date. 4. Client set preset SMS message to be sent to the address book users. For example: "Happy birthday from COMPANY NAME ..." 5. At the bottom of the message there needs a link to unsubscribe (FORCED and set by website owner) 6. Client to be able to view time / date of messages sent 7. Warn client on upcoming birthdays if not enough credits in account ADMIN AREA 1. View / Edit current clients. 2. View client number of sms's sent 3. View their account balance 4. Ban / unban users
