Capturing Wi-Fi user email address through Mikrotik hotspot

Hi Freelancers,

I have a Mikrotik router that is taking care of Wi-Fi for a hotel (has a Wi-Fi hotspot where guests enter one username and password to get access to the Internet) - a very simple and reliable set-up that works well.

The Wi-Fi hotspot currently has 2 fields (Username and Password). I would like to be able to add a 3rd field (email address) so that Wi-Fi users also enter their email address which can then be saved and added to some sort of a simple database. Once their email addresses are entered into the database (something simple), I will either manually (or automatically) export/copy those emails and enter them into the Marketing / Email Newsletter program.

*I think* This project would likely require you to know how to add another field to Mikrotk's Hotspot (probably uses html and maybe some java script), and how to tie up that field to some sort of outside database where email addresses will be entered and stored.

Thanks in advance!
