Correcting issues with Asterisk Server

I have multiple customers on an Asterisk server. For some reason with Asterbilling and FreePBX there are a few problems that I need fixed:
1) Inbound calls go directly to voicemail
2) Call transfers go to a prompt that says "enter a pin number"
3) Conference bridge drops calls
I need to have someone fix these issues so that we can have a stable telephone experience.
