We have a existing Wikipedia type website on http://devel.drillingstandard.com.
Our website is based on Drupal 6.
You can browse our site using:

1. Add versioning and revisioning, so multiple users can work on the same working version of document(s) & the second, live version of the same document can be untouched online at the same time
2. Add printing function using TeX (LaTeX), which will generate from our Wiki documents nice, printable, professional PDFs

5 days - TEX printing functionality - 20% - payment released
3 days - printing of single nodes - 15% - payment released
4 days - printing finished (styling, testing done) - 20% - payment released
2 days - NS-17 design using TeX done - 15% - payment released
4 days - CVS system done - 30% - payment released
Your plan should be of course more accurate and detailed. This plan will be used for setting-up and releasing Milestone payments. Every milestone in plan must be final, working function.
!!! IMPORTANT !!!
No initial or upfront payment will be acepted.
Money will be released immediatelly after milestone will be reached, but not before.
Freelancer.com escrow will be used for depositing money, to keep both sides secure.
