Require Bridge and Virtual NIC Added to Xen Machine

I have a Xen dom0 running a single domU. Dom0 has two NICs in it - one public, one private. The private 10-dot NIC is new and I need domU to be able to access it. The task, therefore, is to make domU be able to access the private 10-dot network.
I think this is what is required:
1. A bridge setup to eth1 (the 10-dot private NIC)
2. A virtual NIC added to domU so it can access the private network.
But I am not a Xen expert so your task is to do whatever is required to make it happen.
This is a production machine so no reboots of either dom0 or domU are allowed during business hours. If necessary, we can arrange reboots in the evening.
