First of all, please excuse any lack of correct terminology etc. I want to start a directory in a niche field. It will contain links from companies.....free to begin then one day paid I hope. It will have plently of content about the different products in the niche It could have a members area where paid members could update their text listing with a "my page" type of listing I am on a linux server and honestly as you can tell have no programming skills. The initial scope will be for someone to suggest a framework and the system to go along with it. Again it must be able to be easily enlarged as new ideas and avenues for profit come about. It must be able to be easily maintained and trouble shot by any good programmer. I will not be held hostage to one person. Tried that.....not a happy experience. To be honest, I am also looking at solutions found in web searches. I would expect any bid to be written not an autoresponse. This will be an ongoing project as it evolves from a blank site. ## Deliverables 1) A proposal listing the minimum configuration to start and suggestions for additions 2) If selected, the minimum will need to be installed on my server and enough training provided to have a newbie make it work. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform linux, mysql available along with php etc. the server uses cpanel and fantastico scripts are available if needed
