Adwords Content Network Generator

I need a php script that is similar to this tool: [login to view URL] I do not need most of the features that it provides. I just need it to work a certain way. I have the HTML/Forms coding and just need someone to do the PHP part. This is what I need to be accomplished with this tool. I will be using it to work with adwords editor. When using this tool, I'll have 2000 keywords where i want to split these keywords EVENLY up into ADGROUPS of 50. Therefore, i'll have 40 adgroups in the end.
