Web Development skills required: PHP, MySQL, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS3, Bootstrap 3
I need to build an elearning website, here are the details:
• Responsive design: Should work on Web browser, tablet and mobile devices.
• The desired overall interface of the site should look like the following:

3- IMPORTANT: You should take a look at the following site, because I want my site to look clean and be easy to use interface: [login to view URL]
Homepage
• An image full width
• Sign up form to the right, with 2 options: 1) Facebook account 2) Form fill up
• Right after that, 4 icons with text below it.
• 3 columns of Boxes showing an image, just below that image:
At the left: The price (if it has price, else show “free” and if the user is logged and is signed up for the course just show “Enrrolled”)
In the center: a star rating based on the rating the course has received
At the right: A user icon and the number of people enrroled in the course
The structure of site will be divided in 5:
1. Course browsing page
• user bar on top, with logo, search field, to the right the user drop-down menu.
• Slideshow with featured courses which will be selected by admins.
• 3 tabs (Learning, Teaching and Wallet)
• If the user is teaching a course and have questions from users, show a notification
2. Member dashboard
• Show the courses the user is taking with boxes like the ones in homepage
• Show a progress bar of each course.

3. Course page:
• To the left: the first video of the list, with the title of the video on the top-center, on the left a back button and the right the next video.
• To the right: The list of videos on the course (with option to hide/show that list and make more room for the video, like youtube or the website i asked you to watch)
• On the bottom, a section called “support” when the users can ask questions to the teacher.
4. Course creation:
• Any user logged in the site can build a course (which will be subject to approval for admin)
• Just 2 steps to make a course:
Step one: Give the course a name, give a description, select a category, select price, select language and choose an image for the course
Step two:
Two boxes for upload video with “upload video” and “ulr from youtube/vimeo” tabs. (first video box for trailer)
One box for upload content like PDF, Word, Excel, Audio, Zip/Rar and/or PSD. (Do not allow .exe, .bat or .dll files)
The teacher can make quizzes in the course.
A button under each box to add more boxes (to upload more files)
• A button called for publish the course
5. School section
Like the Member dashboard, with the addition of this:
• It needs to have a group admin (Teacher) who can see the progress of students associated to that group
• The teacher can make quizzes in courses.
• The statistics: Quantity of: students on the group, courses created, students taking individual course and very important: the group admin can see the results of quizzes taken by students.
• The students can be invited to join the group by email.
• Teacher can create and assign courses to users in the group.
Site Admin Panel
• Admin panel will show statistics like user registration, payment, etc. More precisely:
• Number of registered members (Free and Paid)
• Generate report on periodic revenue
• Upgrading and downgrading members
• Payment validation
• Maintaining the question database
• Edit member info, delete members.
• Sending custom notification.
• Admin can upload base graphic for certificates
Certificates:
After a user finishes a course can download a certificate generated with his name and lastname, course name and date. Note: I will provide the graphic, which should be this: [login to view URL]
