Calculation of inbreeding coefficient

I have a database (PHP+mySQL) which is pretty straight forward: first field is ID, second is the name of dog(Name), third is the ID of his father (SireID) 4th is the ID of his mother (DameID), other fields are not relevant. What I now need is an algorithm that will calculate the COI - coefficient of inbreeding. There are two methods to calculate it: Wright's equation and Hardiman's method that are both explained here: [url removed, login to view] but there are of course many other pages that explain this maybe even better. I would prefer implementing Wright's method, so the final solution look something like this:
