I have a URL shortening platform website that fully works, and it has a responsive design. The site is build in Codeigniter. I will give the website url in private message to the RIGHT candidates. The website more or less works like [login to view URL] The website I have also generates a special url like [login to view URL] does... what I need is: When you click on a "[login to view URL]" url/link you are redirected to a ADVERTISEMENT page that also had a 5 seconds counter... THIS IS EXACTLY what I want too... when user will go to a shortened url of my site, he must see the advertisement page first, with a counter included, and when the counter reaches 0, a "continue" button must appear, if clicked the user goes to the normal url already... everything EXACTLY like [login to view URL] process or place an iframe banner in bottom side of the opened web site reached by the shortened link I will choose the right candidate today by the evening, or now if I find the needed person. I will not create a initial milestone because of poor experience on freelancer.com, I will create the full milestone ONLY when I see SOME progress.
