Comic Book Site

This is a repost due to the previous provider being unable to complete. The project needs to be delivered on time and in budget. I have a comic book creator that saves the users' comics and strips to a database but I would like to make the site into a bit more of a social network. What I need is something along the following lines: Users need to join up and login before creating comics. Users can save and edit their comics at a later date. They can publish their comics for visitors to view. (once published, cannot edit) Users can rate and comment on other comics and report/flag inappropriate comments / comics All the usual social networking links for posting comics (facebook / embed etc) An easy to use backend admin area to approve/delete comics and comments / ip banning language filter Ability to choose a featured comic Top 10 list of comics based on ratings / views Visitors can download comics. Comic books with multiple pages can be seen as a slideshow. If you have any other suggestions of things that you have created and work then please do. I do not need the comic creator software - this has been made in flash in AS3 - although there will be some additions to include: colour picker for comic panels speech bubbles to resize to text and speech bubble tip to be movable (see [login to view URL] as an example) addition of themes (choosing a theme loads new images via xml - see [login to view URL] as an example) The most important aspect is that users can save and edit their comics at a later date. At the moment, the comics are saved and displayed in flash but this needs changing to something with more features - hence the project. I am quite happy for you to choose the format for developing the framework but I would like to be able to alter site design via html stylings (eg images / icons etc)
