CRM needed for call center

We will need this project done in ASP.NET & I suggest testing this out with Vici Dialer which is PHP and Asterix Based. We need a complete Lead Management with a Call Manager. - Create New Prospects within the CRM - Agent Call Back Summary/Reminders/Google Calendar Integration - Complete salesforce/lead management with Prospects Disposition codes - Build out custom reporting to support requirements - Business Listing Information - Fax/Email Option - Custom permissions for agents - Customer service ticket system (We're actually in the process of building this out already) - Call Manager which will dial/track/dispose all leads in/out the system. - Campaign Management – Loan Modification, Debt Settlement, Business 2 Business marketing Attached is a file for our business 2 business sales campaign. We will be uploading these files with the fields attached and distributing these leads to our… Call centers and manage to agents accordingly. We also will want to track these leads from the point of the agent and all the dispositions.
