Code Streaming Sturcture for private program base

I am looking to hire someone, to build a good/secure code streaming/downloading base for a private program. The private program is exclusively only available to paid members. Therefore it is *CRUCIAL* for only authorized user to use it. Idea is to check each user's hardware signature, if pass then the program code gets streamed from the server into end-user's memory directly, not to leave any physical file. Avoid the program getting cracked is the sole reason of this practice. The program itself is in DLL format and it is ready to be injected. So this will require some server side program, to verify a computer's hardware signature, then to decide whether to stream the code or not. An easier approach is to only build the client/server authorization, replace the code streaming with file download and execute. Please let me know if you have experience with such project. Any alternative methods is welcome too. Thanks.
