API Integration for Interspire Shop to Infusionsoft

Our current store/cart is from [url removed, login to view] and we are looking for an experienced API integrator who is profficient in PHP to make the store/cart talk to a web based master db of sorts from Infusionsoft.com. While Interspire makes a great store/cart, the db part is not flexible and it requires us to use many other progams; auto responder, affiliate program, db, etc. We want to send the sales & customer data to the [url removed, login to view] system.
Infusionsoft combines a cart, auto responder, time management, affiliate program, db & a few other goodies in one place so I don't have to have 5 different pieces of software. There store is not as good as Interspires, so that is why I will keeep Interspire store and send all data to Infusionsoft.
The developer would need to have worked with, or can learn the Interspire API, PHP, and would need to be willing to learn the InfusionSoft API. All of the API info will be available upon request. As this is to do with security/commercial issues, preference will be given to those who have already implemented this and can prove they are confident and capable of implementing this. Groundwork and working knowledge of API, PHP and experience with Interspire or Infusionsoft is a plus.
